Your 5-Step Guide to Safely Sending Cards to GSM

Follow these instructions carefully to ensure your submission is processed smoothly and without delay.

Step 1: Print & Finalize Your Submission Documentation

Print the Submission Form you receive after payment, verify all details are correct, and sign the declaration section.

Step 2: Prepare Each Card for Grading

Place each card into a soft penny sleeve, and then insert the sleeved card into a semi-rigid holder. Please avoid screw-down or magnetic cases.

Step 3: Organize and Secure Your Package

Stack your cards in order, place them between two pieces of cardboard, and pack them securely in a sturdy box with plenty of padding to prevent movement.

If using the Express service, please write "EXPRESS" clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship with Tracking and Insurance

You must ship your package using a fully tracked and insured service. Clearly address the shipment to our facility:

Step 5: Processing and Updates

You will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours of your package arriving at our facility. After that, you will receive regular email updates on the progress of your grading order.
